**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience for our employees and clients alike. Your responsibilities will include:

* **Coordinate new hire, progression, and enhancement training**: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip new hires with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
* **Train new and existing employees on client projects**: Emphasize the importance of customer confidentiality and security, ensuring that all employees understand the critical role they play in maintaining the trust of our clients.
* **Develop non-classroom communication and training materials**: Create engaging, interactive materials that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
* **Assess individual participant and class performance**: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
* **Participate in minor client interaction**: Engage with clients through Weekly Business Review meetings, provide feedback on curriculum effectiveness, and conduct client visits to ensure that our services meet their needs.
* **Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct**: Set an example for your colleagues by upholding the highest standards of integrity, respect, and professionalism.

**Position Requirements**

To succeed as a Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* **Must be able to work remotely**: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home or a remote location, with access to reliable internet and communication tools.
* **Must be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST**: Be willing to adapt to changing schedules and work hours, ensuring that you're available to meet the needs of our clients and employees.
