**Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Coordinating new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure seamless onboarding and development of our employees
* Delivering training sessions to new and existing employees on client projects, emphasizing customer confidentiality and security
* Developing engaging non-classroom communication and training materials to cater to diverse learning styles
* Assessing individual participant and class performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize training effectiveness
* Participating in minor client interaction, including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback, and client visits
* Demonstrating the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees, upholding arenaflex's values and reputation
* Thriving as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
* Ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures, including Security, HR, Operations, and other relevant protocols
* Performing other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by supervisor or manager

**Position Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you must be able to:

* Work remotely, leveraging technology to stay connected with the team and manage tasks effectively
* Be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST, adapting to changing business needs and priorities
* Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth
* Work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines, and be accountable for the performance of others, ensuring seamless execution and results
* Possess solid organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

* Exhibit a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative to identify and address areas for improvement
* Be enthusiastic and comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people, effectively communicating ideas and concepts

* Be available to work various shifts influenced by current business needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
* Hold a college degree or equivalent work experience, with a high school diploma or GED as a minimum requirement
* Pass background and drug tests, ensuring a safe and secure work environment
* Be experienced with the Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, leveraging these tools to enhance training delivery and effectiveness
