**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Developing and delivering training materials, including non-classroom communication and training resources, to support our employees' growth and development.
* Assessing individual participant and class performance to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
* Participating in client interactions, including Weekly Business Review meetings, to ensure our employees are meeting client expectations and providing exceptional service.
* Demonstrating the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees, including maintaining confidentiality and security protocols.
* Thriving as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
* Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Security, HR, Operations, and other relevant protocols.
* Performing other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by supervisor or manager.
**Position Requirements**

* Be able to work remotely and be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST.
