**Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Growth Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Selling and executing promotions to grow sales and increase brand visibility
* Securing placement of equipment and utilizing point-of-sale (POS) materials to drive sales growth
* Transporting and replacing POS advertising and inventory levels to ensure optimal product display and rotation
* Restocking and building displays, sections, and racks to maintain a visually appealing and organized retail environment
* Maintaining backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day to optimize storage and reduce waste
* Supporting the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders
* Performing other duties as assigned to ensure seamless execution of sales and distribution operations

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
* Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately count and manage inventory
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently
