As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for releasing license blocks, delivery blocks, and sending emails to customers. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Work closely with the E-business, order fulfillment team to release customer orders for fulfillment
* Release license blocks, delivery blocks, and send emails to customers as part of the order management process
* Utilize SAP to manage and process customer orders
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
* Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, management, or a related field)
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of SAP and its applications in order management
