Key Responsibilities

• Help resolve customer requests by providing targeted product recommendations and solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
• Provide product or services quotes based on customer inquiries and prepare customers for the installation and delivery process
• Collaborate with our sales team to guarantee customers receive helpful solutions to their problems and feel valued throughout their experience
• Attend additional weekly training to become a product expert and increase success in the role
• Work in a collaborative environment with fellow Customer Relations Representatives to brainstorm process improvements, review new product/service offerings, and troubleshoot product issues
