**Job Summary**

As a Customer Relationship Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, representing our brand and values through interactions with customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with clients
* Developing and maintaining good customer relations through proactive communication and issue resolution
* Tracking and documenting customer interactions, including phone calls, online questions, and chats, using Salesforce to create actionable reports for management
* Ordering replacement plants for customers and actively participating in meetings to share successes and challenges
* Exceeding service level expectations with all internal and external customers

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain good customer relations through proactive communication and issue resolution
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and building strong relationships with clients
* Track and document customer interactions, including phone calls, online questions, and chats, using Salesforce to create actionable reports for management
* Order replacement plants for customers and actively participate in meetings to share successes and challenges
* Exceed service level expectations with all internal and external customers
* Diligently watch for patterns of misunderstanding/deficient information through incoming cases and alert your supervisor and manager
* Actively participate in all meetings, share your successes and challenges, ask questions, and provide suggestions for improvement
* Other duties as assigned

**Essential Qualifications**

* Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role or similar position
* Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office
* Salesforce experience is a plus, but is not a necessity
* Relevant college coursework preferred
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to handle stress and pressures of the job without causing undue tension and disruption

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with CRM software and statistical data reporting
* Knowledge of the horticulture industry and Proven Winners plants
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technology
