As an Experienced Customer Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of customer service, including phone, email, and chat support

* Analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and implement improvements to drive customer loyalty and retention

**Financial Acumen:**

As an Experienced Customer Representative, you will be expected to:

* Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's business, including financials, revenue streams, and customer acquisition costs
* Analyze customer data, identify trends, and implement improvements to drive customer loyalty and retention
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives
* Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, revenue growth, and customer acquisition

**Leadership and Collaboration:**

As an Experienced Customer Representative, you will be expected to:

* Demonstrate leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of customer representatives

**What You'll Bring:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
* Leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of customer representatives
* Analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and trend identification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong business acumen, including financial analysis and business strategy development

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a Lean or Six Sigma environment
* Knowledge of industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other business tools
* Certification in customer service, sales, or leadership
