**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Sales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to:

* **Uncover customers' needs** by creating connections and asking the right questions, and position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
* **Close sales** by utilizing phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
* **Continuously develop yourself** through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
* **Refine your sales skills** through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.

**Key Qualifications**

To succeed as a Customer Sales Associate, you'll need:

* **High school diploma or GED** as a minimum educational requirement.
* **One or more years of work experience**, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
* **Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays**, with a schedule that's known four weeks in advance.
* **Openness to pick up additional shifts** and earn more income during peak periods, such as summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
* **Even better if you have**:
+ Experience working in a commission-based environment.
+ Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
+ Customer service experience.
