Job Overview: Astounding Customers with World-Class Service

As a Customer Service Account Associate at arenaflex, you'll be an integral part of a high-performing team that's dedicated to providing effective resolution, proactive account management, and customer education. Your primary objective will be to determine and resolve root causes of customer concerns and inquiries, identify revenue and service enhancement opportunities, and develop loyal and profitable customers through activations, payment arrangements, and other collections activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that each interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
  • Build customer loyalty and value through effective account management, identifying additional products, features, and services that meet their needs, and collecting past-due balances in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service using resource documentation, automated tools, and training materials to ensure that each customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards, consistently striving for excellence in every aspect of your work.
  • Approach each customer interaction with a "can-do" mindset, treating each customer with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help.
  • Complete training requirements to learn new skills and processes, grow your knowledge of systems, and develop proficiency in company values, organizational requirements, and competencies needed for the Expert role.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service experience (Preferred)
  • Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously (Required)
  • Proficiency in Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) (Preferred)
  • At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
