**Job Overview**

As an Experienced Customer Service Account Associate, you'll work collaboratively with our team to astound customers with effective resolution, proactive account management, and customer education. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing timely and effective resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns
* Building customer loyalty and value through effective account management, identifying additional products, features, and services, and collecting past-due balances
* Delivering exceptional customer service using resource documentation and automated tools
* Meeting department productivity and quality standards
* Approaching each interaction with a "can-do" mindset and treating customers with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns
* Build customer loyalty and value through effective account management, identifying additional products, features, and services, and collecting past-due balances
* Deliver exceptional customer service using resource documentation and automated tools
* Meet department productivity and quality standards
* Approaches each interaction with a "can-do" mindset and treats each customer with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help
* Complete training requirements to learn new skills and processes, grow knowledge of systems, and develop proficiency in company values, organizational requirements, and competencies needed for the Expert role

**Essential Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
* Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously (required)
* Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) experience (preferred)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (desired)
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry (desired)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
