**The Role**

As a Customer Service Advisor with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle inbound calls from customers requiring appointments following a referral
* Book, re-schedule, and cancel appointments on a booking system
* Provide exceptional customer service through polite, professional, and empathetic communication
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain accurate records and update customer information as necessary
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs
* Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Experience working with a booking system or similar software
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Certification in customer service or a related field
