**Job Description**

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling all inbound inquiries received, and establishing outbound communication through chats, emails, and calls
* Independently providing accurate information to resolve problems/issues that arise, while continuously educating yourself with up-to-date and relevant information to support customer service operations
* Escalating issues to your team leader, managers, and other departments as required, while adhering to Quality Assurance standards set
* Adhering to and complying with the schedule set by the Team Leader
* Assisting in the preparation of other processes as and when assigned/required by the Team Leader
* Displaying good team working attitude and behavior within the team and other departments in the company
* Assisting in projects aimed at achieving team objectives, such as implementing ticket deflection strategies, analyzing data/trends to drive defect reduction, and more

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer issues and concerns through effective communication and problem-solving
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Continuously educate yourself on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2-3 years of experience in frontline customer support, preferably in the financial or service industry
* Passion and willingness to go above and beyond to solve complex problems while delivering an outstanding customer experience
* Adaptability and resilience in a quickly changing environment
* Excellent verbal and written professional English and your respective native language skills
* Great multitasking, prioritizing, and time management skills
* Knowledge or interest in blockchain/digital assets/fin-tech industry
* Ability to work on flexible working hours and shifts (including night shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays)
* Right to work for the country you are based

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
* Familiarity with blockchain and digital assets industry
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience working with diverse teams and customers
