As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be the frontline representative for our clients, providing top-notch service to their customers. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle inbound English language calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Make outbound calls to existing clients and customers, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and forward messages to clients as necessary.
- Meet and exceed Quality Assurance standards and other key performance metrics.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients and their customers.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Flexible Availability: Open availability to work varied shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
- Strong Listening and Problem-Solving Skills: The capacity to listen attentively, ask pertinent questions, understand customer concerns, and address objections.
- Adaptability and Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software.
- Previous Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Potential to take on leadership roles or mentor new team members.
