**What you'll do**

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities will include:

* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing information and assistance on flight schedules, fares, and travel documentation
* Rebooking passengers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
* Performing passenger check-in and baggage handling tasks
* Working with customers to resolve issues related to travel disruptions, cancellations, and delays
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and support
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures

**What you'll need for success**

To excel in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
* Familiarity with Sabre or other passenger service systems
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed
