**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Agent & Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering queries in a timely and professional manner
* Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Utilizing your technical skills to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner
* Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 16 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency with basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
* Basic English written and spoken language skills
