**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and concise solutions to their queries
* Assisting customers with website or application-related issues, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently
* Answering questions about arenaflex products and services, providing expert knowledge and guidance to customers
* Documenting customer interactions in our client system, using proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation to ensure accurate records
* Transferring data from documents into our client's system, maintaining data integrity and accuracy
* Making outbound calls to collect customer information missing from applications, as needed
* Performing additional duties as required, to be discussed during your interview

**Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of call center experience
* Ability to complete and pass online training, with a commitment to attending 100% of sessions (no missed time)
* Ability to pass a background check
* Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 20MB download and 10MB upload speeds
* A wired USB headset with built-in microphone and noise cancellation
* An active, functioning webcam
* A second monitor/screen

**Technical Requirements**

To ensure that you have the necessary equipment to perform your duties, please note the following technical requirements:

* Desktop or laptop with a dual-core processor (2 GHz or better)
* Windows 10/11 or Mac OS Monterey or newer operating system
* 8GB or better RAM
* Wired peripherals (no wireless keyboard, mouse, or headset)
* Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber only)
* 20MB download minimum and 10MB upload minimum speeds
