**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service and data management processes. Your responsibilities will include:

* **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently entering customer data, orders, and other information into our systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
* **Updating and Maintaining Records**: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and other relevant information.
* **Operating Office Equipment**: Proficiently operating a wide range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers, to support the efficient operation of our business.
* **Communicating with Clients**: Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
* **Scheduling Appointments**: Coordinating and scheduling appointments with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

* **Great Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior leaders.
* **Experience with Computers and Software**: Proficiency in using computers and software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other relevant applications.
* **Experience with Office Equipment**: Familiarity with basic standard office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers.
* **QuickBooks Knowledge**: Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred, but not required.
* **Typing Speed**: A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute is required.
* **High School Diploma**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Teamwork and Collaboration**: The ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and management, to achieve common goals and objectives.
