**U.S. Eligibility Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

* Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Primarily performing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
* Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
* Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy
* Compiling reports from systems with claims information
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our claims coordination team

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma
* 6 months to 1 year of work experience
* Basic computer and typing skills
* Strong attention to detail
