- Maintain a positive and organized sales floor environment, including cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise as needed
- Handle clerical duties, such as managing customer files, contracts, and other administrative tasks
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and best practices to drive business growth
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Essential Qualifications
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues at all levels

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving sales goals and objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with a minimum age of 18 years old
- Able to perform a physical job, including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly, with training and tools provided to ensure safety

- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, customer service, or retail
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
