**Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions**

As an Experienced Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and scheduling support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, and fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients
* Determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately using active listening skills
* Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs
* Understanding the importance of attention to detail and improving skills through practice
* Applying new knowledge or skills quickly and solving problems without being asked
* Enjoying working in a technical workplace and collaborating with our team of experts

**Required Qualifications**

* Strong PC and problem-solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
