About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Customer Service and Technical Support Representative to join our diverse team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will interact with customers via inbound calls, providing support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and services. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A High School Diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills

  • Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
