**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing solutions to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

* Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns about orders, products, payments, and website guidance
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary

* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred
* 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
**Preferred Qualifications**
