As a key member of our Locker+ team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of the Locker+ location, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards
  • Manage Locker+ location operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Utilize technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
  • Receive and process truck deliveries, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of packages

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years old and able to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Capacity to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Flexibility to work part-time schedules, varying week to week, between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m.
  • Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items around

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience will be a plus:

  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in a retail or package delivery environment
