**Job Summary**
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving complex issues, and exceeding customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email, responding promptly and prioritizing customer needs
* Analyze data, using stories and experience to complement data, and seek out ways to improve and promote quality
* Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully to develop alternative solutions
* Effectively communicate, listen, and get clarification, focusing on solving customer needs, maintaining confidentiality, and following policies and procedures
* Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views, giving and receiving feedback, and contributing to building a positive team environment

* Perform physical tasks, including carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, standing, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching during shifts up to 12 hours long
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
* Physical ability to perform tasks, including carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a logistics or delivery environment
* Knowledge of Amazon's policies and procedures
* Familiarity with data analysis and problem-solving tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field
