**In Your Typical Day, You Will:**
* **Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound (dialer) calls a day**: Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their queries and concerns.
* **Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and any general mortgage information**: Help customers navigate the mortgage process, providing clear and concise information to ensure their understanding and satisfaction.
* **Discuss arenaflex customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR**: Educate customers about the benefits of our digital platforms and services, empowering them to take control of their mortgage experience.
* **Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment**: Provide timely support to customers who are facing payment challenges, ensuring they receive the help they need to stay on track.
**Qualifications:**
* **6 months or more with customer service experience**: Leverage your customer service skills and experience to deliver exceptional results in this role.
* **6 months or more with call center experience**: Bring your call center expertise to arenaflex, helping us to provide world-class customer service.
**Additional Details:**
* **Hourly rate is $15.00 an hour**: Enjoy a competitive hourly rate, reflecting your value to our team.

* **Must reside within 60 miles from office location**: Ensure a smooth commute and a healthy work-life balance with our flexible location requirements.
* **Comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training – equipment is provided**: Receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
* **Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training is required**: Commit to our training program and set yourself up for long-term success.
* **Hours of Operations: Monday - Thursday 7am – 8pm; Friday 7am - 7pm; and Saturday 8am- 12pm.**: Work a flexible schedule that aligns with our business hours, ensuring you have a healthy work-life balance.
