**Job Summary**
As a Senior Customer Service Associate on our USB, PRT Participant Relations Team, you will act as an advocate for our customers, processing high-volume transactions with accuracy and timeliness. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing incoming research requests and responding to annuitants in writing or by phone according to our procedures
* Reviewing, analyzing, and preparing reports based on data obtained from team performance
* Assisting in daily workflow activities to ensure timely completion of cases
* Building relationships with other business partners
* Assisting our Contact Center by handling inbound phone calls from customers, as needed
* May lead and participate in special projects as needed
* Act as an SME for various process flows
* Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process high-volume transactions with accuracy and timeliness
* Respond to customer inquiries in writing or by phone according to our procedures
* Analyze and prepare reports based on data obtained from team performance

* Build relationships with other business partners

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or minimum of 1-2 years of equivalent work experience
* Experience within a transaction processing environment, where quality and productivity standards need to be met, is a plus
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Successful attention to detail
* Flexibility to work overtime when required
* Strong decision-making/problem-solving skills
* Ability to disseminate and analyze data
* Can-do attitude
* Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work both independently and as a standout colleague
* Computer proficient – accurate keying skills and Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Word
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
* Knowledge of insurance products and services
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues and customers
**Work Environment and Culture**
