**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate - Temporary, you will be responsible for:

* Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including greeting customers, offering assistance, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
* Engaging customers and patients by offering assistance with products and services, answering questions, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Recommending items for sale to customers and suggesting trade-up and/or companion items to enhance their shopping experience.
* Registering customer purchases, collecting cash, and distributing change as requested; processing voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
* Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves, and ensuring compliance with company asset protection procedures.
* Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
* Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive selling of promotional photo products.
* Assisting with web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store.

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
* A willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours.
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

* Six months of experience in a retail environment.
* Prior work experience with arenaflex.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

**Skills and Competencies**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
