**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
* Take orders in the drive-thru, assemble orders, and deliver food to customers in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment, including cleaning tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
* Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments
* Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards
* Work together as a team, assisting other crew members in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service
* Work under pressure and at a fast pace, maintaining a positive attitude and composure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Must be 16 years of age or older
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service is an asset, but not required
* Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time and work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service
* Ability to work in a team environment and assist other crew members as needed
* Ability to take initiative and work independently
