**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate/Cashier, you'll be responsible for:

* Greeting customers with a smile and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
* Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions accurately, efficiently, and securely
* Processing customer returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking shelves and ensuring products are properly displayed
* Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing recommendations to drive sales growth
* Upselling products and services to maximize sales and meet customer needs
* Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

**Essential Qualifications**
