We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Chat Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat and text messaging. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to and engaging in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner
* Providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet our high standards
* Engaging with conversations within 1 minute of receipt
* Identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies
* Meeting or exceeding our minimum conversation requirements per hour
* Operating within multiple software platforms to ensure seamless customer experiences
**Education & Skills Required**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
* Access to high-speed internet
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
**Work Schedule**
Our chat agents work a variety of schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage. You'll have the flexibility to choose from a range of shifts, including:
* Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
* Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
