**Job Summary**

As a Chat Operator with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in engaging with customers through online conversations, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue. **Key Responsibilities**

* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, providing exceptional customer service and building trust through online interactions
* Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers, turning conversations into leads that drive revenue
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**

* Must live within the state of Kansas (Wichita, KS)
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
* Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
* Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
* Gaming experience is preferred, but not required

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or business) is a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and business growth
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in customer service software and platforms a plus

* Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing, with a focus on online interactions and lead generation
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
* Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to track and measure performance metrics
