**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Clerk to join our Amazon account operations team at our XNJ2 location. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day trailer operations, scheduling activities, equipment tracking, and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

* Coordinate and manage trailer scheduling (ad hocs, cancellations, NCSL flips, VRID swaps)
* Open and close trailers in the SSP system to maintain accurate tracking
* Post finished outbound loads into Chime OB Chat and escalate underutilized or unsecured trailers
* Manage trailer pool and escalate trailers dwelling over 24 hours
* Maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) order for inbound trailers
* Support outbound load departure scheduling, including early departure coordination
* Identify and escalate dwelling trailers in YMS to supervisors and inbound managers
* Perform underutilized trailer audits using Excel, and report discrepancies
* Track equipment usage, create/follow up on equipment cases, and manage scanner returns
* Order and manage non-inventory supplies (load straps, seals, labels)

**Required Qualifications**

* High school diploma or GED required
* 1+ year of experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field preferred
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue identification and resolution

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
* Familiarity with Amazon's operations and logistics processes
* Knowledge of trailer scheduling and management systems
* Certification in logistics or customer service (e.g. CLTD, CSCP)

**Skills and Competencies**

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
