**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Consultant on our Answer Team, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to client service requests and issues in a call center environment with a focus on delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries.
* Accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on initial client communication, whether through phone calls, letters, or emails.
* Providing support for enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, and group administration.
* Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in all interactions with clients, utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns effectively.
* Developing technical acumen to resolve more complex issues that may arise.
* Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall client experience and ensure that arenaflex continues to deliver on its commitment to human-centric healthcare.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* Prior call center experience is required.
* Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies is preferred.
* The capability to develop technical acumen is necessary.
* A strong client-facing orientation is essential.
* Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills are required.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills are necessary.

**Nice-to-Haves**
