**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Consultant (Remote) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Making reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Providing ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any questions or concerns
* Staying updated on travel trends, promotions, and packages to offer clients the best deals and value-added services
* Meeting sales targets by effectively promoting travel products and services and maximizing revenue through upselling opportunities
