**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service & Data Entry Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This is a remote position, and we'll provide you with the necessary equipment to perform your duties. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and basic computer and typing skills, we encourage you to apply.

**U.S. Eligibility Requirements**

To be eligible for this position, you must:

* Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
* Be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
* Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
* Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident (with the exception of those with non-immigrant work authorization, such as students in practical training status)

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Primarily performing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
* Following up on missing information to process claims
* Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy
* Compiling reports from systems with claims information
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma
* 6 months to 1 year of work experience
* Basic computer and typing skills
* Strong attention to detail
