**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Manager - Call Center, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our call center, focusing on call metrics and quality assurance. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Oversee and manage the daily operations of the call center, focusing on call metrics and quality assurance
* Develop and execute strategies to enhance call center efficiency and performance
* Recruit, train, and mentor call center agents to build a strong team
* Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
* Collaborate with the VP of Client Experience to optimize the use of Amazon Connect for call handling

**Essential Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 5+ years of experience in a call center management role, preferably in the health insurance industry
* Expert knowledge of Amazon Connect
* Experience managing a remote team
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams
* Proven track record in managing and improving call center operations
