As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals and driving exceptional results. **Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of customer service professionals and provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals

**Essential Qualifications**

* 3+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a remote or virtual environment

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a commission-based pay environment

* Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
