**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that will challenge and inspire you. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing strategic direction to restaurant staff to ensure seamless execution of daily operations
* Overseeing various operations, including performance management, scheduling, policy compliance, recruitment and selection, employee discipline, coaching and training, and performance evaluations
* Handling all financial matters, such as inventory control, forecasting productivity, financial reporting, managing costs related to the sale of goods and services, and managing the cost of labor
* Attaining financial targets and implementing various promotional tactics at a local level while executing marketing campaigns
* Making the morning deposit at the bank without fail and handling financial setbacks caused due to low cash reserves
* Ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act to reduce the likelihood of workplace accidents and injuries
* Continuously monitoring competitor's promotional activities, market developments, and expansion plans to stay ahead of the game
* Maintaining top-tier customer service standards and implementing strategies for overcoming common customer service challenges
* Executing established standards to maintain uniformity across all arenaflex products
* Managing orders effectively and building strong relationships with suppliers to achieve success in business
* Serving as the primary liaison between the District Manager and other market leaders, including store managers and team leaders, to ensure seamless execution of operational plans

**Requirements**

* At least three years of experience in a restaurant or food industry-related setting, combined with prior experience leading a team
