Key Responsibilities

- Manage financial matters, such as inventory control, forecasting productivity, financial reporting, managing costs related to the sale of goods and services, and managing the cost of labor
- Attain financial targets and implement promotional tactics at a local level to drive sales and growth
- Execute marketing campaigns and monitor competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act to minimize workplace accidents and injuries
- Maintain uniformity across all arenaflex products by executing established standards
- Develop and implement strategies to overcome common customer service challenges and build strong relationships with suppliers
- Serve as the primary liaison between the District Manager and other market leaders, including store managers and team leaders
Requirements and Qualifications
