**Roles & Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist Spanish-speaking customers effectively (Bilingual)
* Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Contribute to team success by sharing ideas and best practices

**What We're Looking For**

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is:

* Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (or able to get licensed within two weeks—we'll help you get there)
* Bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal)
* Able to connect with people quickly, whether it's through phone, email, or chat
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to take on challenges
* Able to navigate tough situations and find solutions that work for everyone
