**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Providing accurate information**: You'll be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to customers about our products, services, and policies.
* **Handling customer inquiries**: You'll receive in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim, and you'll work with them to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Minimum of 1 year customer service experience**: You'll need to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment.
* **Minimum high school diploma or GED**: You'll need to have a minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
* **Ability to work Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm EST**: You'll need to be available to work Monday-Friday from 12pm-9pm EST.
* **Ability to commit to a home office environment**: You'll need to be able to commit to working from home and maintaining a distraction-free environment during working hours.
