**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Receptionist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers and visitors, answering calls on a multi-extension phone system, and transferring calls as appropriate
* Assisting customers with entry-level support for their service calls, including troubleshooting and resolving basic issues
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and service requests
* Collaborating with the customer service team to resolve complex issues and provide timely support
* Performing general receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A high school education or equivalent
* Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar computer programs
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
