**Job Summary**

We're seeking self-motivated, professional, and upbeat individuals to join our high call volume environment. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a range of benefits, including paid training, equipment, and a competitive salary.

**Responsibilities**

* Answer inbound and make outbound calls to customers
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**

* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
* Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
* Ability to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
* Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic
* Punctual with great attendance
* Ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure
* Must be able to pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check

**Work from Home Requirements**

* High-speed broadband internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speed (Satellite Internet is NOT supported)
* WIFI connections only
* Currently hiring in the following states: Indiana, North Carolina, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Pennsylvania

**Shift Availability Needed**

* Hours of availability between 10:00am - 8:00pm ET (9:00am - 7:00pm CT)
