**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
* Proficiency in computer navigation and software applications, including Google Chrome and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
