**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our after-hours team, providing support to our clients and caregivers through phone and text-based communication. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for resolving client and nurse queries, providing timely responses to queries, and confirming caregiver schedules. **Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative - After Hours Support, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering all incoming calls and resolving client and nurse queries in a timely and effective manner
* Providing timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform
* Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary
* Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
* Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in services
* Documenting all scenarios on our platform, as well as updating caregiver schedules as needed
* Completing non-urgent admin projects if time allows

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Fluency in English
* Compassionate and confident communication skills
* Responsible and reliable work ethic
* 10+ years of work experience in customer service and office duties
* Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours
* Impeccable phone and computer skills
* Staffing and/or healthcare experience
* Experience working remotely and independently to the USA
* A quiet and professional work-from-home environment
* Remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up
