As a key member of our remote support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care and attention, even outside of regular business hours.

**The Role**

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our after-hours team, working remotely from South Africa. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values flexibility and autonomy, with a 3-day working week of 4-hour shifts per day, and a Saturday and Sunday shift of 12 hours per day. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering all incoming calls and resolving client and nurse queries within the scope of after-hours support
* Providing timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform
* Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary
* Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
* Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services
* Documenting all scenarios on our platform, as well as updating caregiver schedules as needed
* Completing non-urgent admin projects if time allows

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* **Fluent English language skills**
* **Compassionate and confident** approach to customer service
* **Responsible and reliable** work ethic
* **10+ years' work experience** in customer service and office duties
* **Adaptable and flexible** regarding work hours
* **Impeccable phone and computer skills**
* **Staffing and/or healthcare experience**
* **Experience working remotely and independently** to the USA
* **Quiet and professional work-from-home environment**
* **Remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up**
