**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Participating in focus group discussions by completing written and oral instructions
* Providing feedback on products and services using written surveys or during live discussions
* Using provided products and/or services (if applicable) and sharing your experience during meetings
* Showing up at least 10 minutes before the scheduled discussion start time

**Job Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

* Access to a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
* Reliable high-speed internet connection
* The ability to engage fully in one or several focus group topics
* The ability to read, comprehend, and follow both oral and written instructions
* No prior customer service experience necessary
