**Job Summary**
We're seeking highly skilled and customer-focused individuals to participate in our National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments. As a Customer Service Representative Agent, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and participate in online or in-person discussions, depending on your preference. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn additional income, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the development of innovative products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, for each panel
- Use products and/or services provided, if applicable, and be prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Demonstrate a willingness to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
**Essential Qualifications**
- Possess a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Be able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Demonstrate a desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- No prior customer service representative agent experience is necessary
