**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative Agent – Work From Home Part-Time Focus Group Panelists, your key responsibilities will include:

* Participating in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
* Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys for each panel
* Using products and/or services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
* Showing up at least 10 minutes before discussion start times
* Having access to high-speed internet connection and a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
